50% Payment upon confirmation; final 50% 60 days prior to arrival. All payments are non- refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended (but we don't provide it).
Transportation to and from the Ranch should be by personal vehicle or Rental Car, available at Denver or Colorado Springs Airport. Four Wheel Drive will be necessary in the winter. For large Outdoor Events, we highly recommend shuttle buses from Breckenridge.
Because of the inherent dangers and risks of all activities during the summer and winter a disclaimer of liability will be required and signed with the deposit.
Because of the wildlife surrounding the Ranch, we are unable to allow pets during your stay. Violation of this policy will forfeit security deposit.
No smoking is allowed inside the lodge, if you must smoke it must be confined to the outside deck area. Violation of this policy will forfeit security deposit. Please remember that you are at high altitude here and alcohol can cause dehydration and altitude sickness.
You will be responsible for any and all damages to Ranch property, or losses suffered by the Ranch resulting from your use of the Ranch, and your guests' use of the Ranch. A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is required for all stays and events at the ranch.
