Elk Ridge Ranch Rental Rates:

The Ranch is located at 11,400 feet near the summit of Hoosier Pass. The Lodge can sleep 12 to 16 people in 5 bedrooms, depending upon configuration. There is a 4-night minimum for renting the Ranch (most parties check-in Thursday afternoon and check-out Monday morning). Additional nights or different check-in/check-out days may be arranged, depending upon availability. For the wedding ceremony, we have a raised wooden deck, with pine trees and three 14,000 foot mountains as your backdrop. There is an adjacent 30’ X 45’ tent pad where we will erect an event tent for your reception and entertainment, which is included in your site fee. You make all of your own arrangements for decorations, tables, chairs, catering, liquor, flowers, pictures, entertainment, etc. (although these items are not included in our site fee and are your responsibility, we certainly can make some recommendations for service providers, a great place to start is Colorado Tents & Events (970-262-6858 or www.tentsandevents.com) or Harvest Catering (970-453-7028 or www.harvest-catering.com).

A refundable damage deposit of $2,500.00 is required for all stays and events at the Ranch. The Ranch has a strict NO PETS policy.

- Outdoor Events center around the 30' x 50' Event Tent and a slightly raised Ceremony Deck, with the breathtaking view of 3 of Colorado's highest peaks, Mt. Lincoln, Mt. Cameron and Mt. Bross.
- Enjoy sun, breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountain Continental Divide and majestic sunsets from the Front Deck, Great Room and Eagle's Nest Suite.
- This magnificent 5,800 square foot log home features every amenity, spread out over three levels, to make your stay here a real dream vacation.
- When you enter this home, your breath will be taken away by this special entry, with its hand-made spiral staircase created from ancient Bristlecone Pine Trees found on our property. And behind the stairs is an interesting powder room.
- The lodge sleeps 16+ people in 5 bedrooms (3 Suites) with 6 Baths.
- The Main Floor Master Suite, adjacent to the Great Room, features warm western charm with river rock fireplace, king bed, and luxury bath with Jacuzzi tub.
- The Eagles Nest "Honeymoon Suite" is separated from the main house by a grand entry hall. Its soaring log timber ceilings, gas fireplace, and custom aspen queen bed provides a perfect escape. Another full bed is perched in a "tree house" loft. The Eagles Nest Suite enjoys a large luxury bath. The Jacuzzi tub has a great view up the mountain.
- Upstairs, there is a 2 bedroom suite. The first bedroom has a queen size bed that is tucked into a teepee, plus a queen futon sits below the window. This bedroom also has its own half bath. The second bedroom features a split king bed (which can become two twins), and a queen size futon. There is another full bathroom that is shared by this suite.
- The downstairs suite features a split king bed (which can become two twins)and a full bath.
- A complete Gourmet Kitchen, Breakfast Bar, and Dining Area, with a unique main table for 10, with additional seating for 9 more, offers a hospitality setting adjacent to the Great Room.
- The lower level Entertainment and Game Room is perfect for a private movie or a game of pool with a large screen TV, DVD, Wet Bar, Pool Table and sauna, and takes you back in history to 1895 when the ranch was a mining claim.
